Overview
Tenfold Advisors, LLC ("Tenfold Advisors," "we," "us," or "our") operates tenfoldadvisors.com. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
The short version: we collect only what we need to have a useful conversation with you. We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We use it to follow up on your assessment or inquiry.
What Data We Collect
Contact Form
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Company name (optional)
- Your message
Growth Readiness Assessment
When you complete the Growth Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- Company information: name, revenue range, employee count, industry
- Your name, email, and role
- Your responses to approximately 40 Likert-scale questions across People, Strategy, Execution, and Cash categories
Automatically Collected
Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, anonymous traffic data (page views, referral sources, browser types). No cookies are set by our analytics. Cloudflare's Turnstile bot protection runs on our forms — it validates that you're human without tracking you across other sites.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Form submissions are processed by Google Apps Script (a serverless Google platform) and written to private Google Sheets accessible only to Rob Monson. Google Sheets is stored on Google's infrastructure, subject to Google's privacy and security policies.
We do not operate a database. There is no CMS, no admin panel, and no third-party CRM receiving your data. Your submission goes directly to Rob's private spreadsheet.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information you submit for exactly the reason you submitted it:
- Assessment responses: Rob reviews your results before the follow-up call to provide a relevant, personalized discussion rather than a generic sales conversation.
- Contact form: Rob or a team member will respond to your message directly.
- We do not: sell your data, share it with third-party marketers, use it for advertising targeting, or add you to any email list without your explicit permission.
Data Retention
Assessment and contact form submissions are retained in Google Sheets for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were submitted (typically, the duration of any coaching relationship or follow-up conversation). If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at the address below and we'll remove it within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
This website uses the following third-party services:
Calendly
When you click "Book a Call," the Calendly scheduling widget loads on demand. Calendly may collect your name, email, and meeting preferences to book your appointment. See Calendly's privacy policy.
Google Fonts
We load Playfair Display and Inter fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests. See Google's privacy policy.
Cloudflare
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies) and Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA alternative on forms). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Google Apps Script
Form submissions are processed through Google Apps Script and stored in Google Sheets. Data is subject to Google's data processing terms. See Google's privacy policy.

We may update this privacy policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
