What Happens Each Session
- Review last quarter's Rocks. What got done, what didn't, why.
- Update the One-Page Strategic Plan based on new data
- Set next quarter's Rocks and assign ownership
- People check: A-player percentage, talent gaps
- Cash position review and forecast adjustment
- Pick one strategic bottleneck and solve it in the room
